Bright, All New Semi Basement Apartment Hello fellow travelers! If you're looking for a private, quiet, lovely apartment hosted by a friendly father/son super duo, then look no further! This is an ALL NEW one bedroom apartment with a private patio. Literally EVERYTHING in this place is brand spanking new. Ideal for two people, but easily comfortable with 3, there is a full size (double) bed and one sofa bed. It's located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Queens. Manhattan is easily accessible with a 10 min walk to the subway station, then 30 min ride to Times Square. Supermarket is a 2 min walk from house and open until 11 PM. Drop-off laundry service available in the same plaza. If you're renting a car, fear not, there is plenty of free street parking around.We provide all new towels, linens, and kitchen wares, satellite TV, free WiFi and much more. It is only a 10 min drive from LaGuardia and JFK airports. Very close to the US Open Tennis arena (Billie Jean King) and CITI Field.This is a quiet place. No parties. No Smoking.
