Grouseland, Your Perfect Getaway Our Vacation Cottage is a one-of-a-kind rental, secluded, and wonderfully quiet, and dog friendly (On leashes and leads at all times please).Our Cottage offers a huge deck overlooking the pond and surrounded by woods, it offers breath-taking scenic beauty throughout the year. Guests will have the luxury of a fully furnished bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. All Guests have access to kayaks, hot tub, Wi-Fi, and 2 TVs each with a FireTV loaded with all the streaming apps.When you stay, you get the cottage to yourself, you also have the use of the hot tub, pond and kayaks. We have miles of trails through our 100 acre woods and you are welcome to hike through them. To top it all off our electricity is powered by solar panels, and the double filtered well water is solar heated. Staying with us you are as close to off grid as you can get without giving up the internet!We have upgraded to a low flush system so please disregard any reviews mentioning the composting toilet, it has been replaced!
