This unit has a 60” TV with ROKU Digital Platform, granting access to a plethora of streaming channels. Kitchen: equipped with range/oven, full size refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Wake-up to hot coffee from the Keurig and “wine”-down with beautiful stemware. This unit is stocked with a set of China (for indoor dining) and a set of plastic eating utensils (for outdoor dining). Everything you need to cook a gourmet meal is provided; all you need to bring is the food and your favorite seasonings.Bedroom: Is that a cloud you’re sleeping on? No, that is the memory foam mattress and pillows provided in the bedroom. There is plenty of closet and drawer space to unpack your things for a short or long term stay. Yes, we also provided a 60” TV in the bedroom. Bathroom: We are really picky about commodes; you can thank me later! We provide 2 sets of towels for each guest and 1 bar of soap.Laundry Room: spacious laundry room equipped with washer, dryer and laundry hamper. Laundry supplies are not provided. We look forward to your stay! We strive to provide 5-star service. Please consider leaving us a review at the end of your stay.Guest Access:Please stay clear of construction zones. The backyard renovations are not completed. Please don’t track mud in from dirt areas.The Neighborhood:This apartment is located in a historic apartment complex built in the 1930s.
