Beautiful Lake view.OTHER THINGS TO NOTEThe location is lakefront. The listing map shows the house further away from the lake than it actually is. This house is legally considered "lakefront" because it backs up to the Corps of Engineer managed Lake property. You have a view of the lake and total access to walk to lake from this property. You will access and use of a canoe, paddle board, oars, and life jackets.The small unit and studio are on the side of the house where the owner and/or guests stay occasionally. You don't have access to the small unit or studio. You have private use of the entire main house, including the screened in porch. While in the house or screened porch area, you will enjoy total privacy..Stay close to the shoreline while walking to the lake. None of the docks belong to us, do not use.Sometimes, guests stay in the basement of the home, as well. You have complete privacy from all guests. The property is large enough and set up in such a way that you won't even know others are in the other section. There is a laundry room in the center that you share. You will learn as a guest in the home that the soundproofing between sections is superb. You and your party will come in and out through the front door of the main house. You are welcome to enjoy the backyard and fire pit and/or to go through the backyard and through the gate to get to the lake. Please keep the gates closed at all times. There is sometimes a lovable dog that hangs out there when I am on the property.The property is a little more than a football field distance from the lake, so you will walk a little to get to the lake, but it's close enough that you will always be aware you are lakefront. The houses in the neighborhood that are lakefront are set back a bit, but the views are still great. You can relax on the screened in porch and enjoy the tranquil wooded backyard and view to the lake. From the back of the house, there are some clear line views to the water and some through some trees. The best view is when you are on the shore of the lake. This view, especially during the sunset, is breathtaking! You are close enough for a quick walk to the shore.The fireplace is not operational. It works, but it has been turned off. When used, the other parts of the house become too cold.If you need to bring a trailer with you, please ask for approval prior to arrival.You have access to the property's shared laundry room. Your door closes and locks on your side from the kitchen for privacy. We ask that you do not do any laundry between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am. This is to be courteous of other guests. There may be laundry in the dryer. This is because the housekeeper works to get the unit ready as soon as possible for your potential early arrival. If you need to use the dryer, simply take the pile of clean laundry and set it to the side. There is no reason for you to fold the laundry. Please don't use towels or sheets that are left in the dryer. There will be plenty available to you for your use during your stay.stslPlease be advised that maintenance will do routine lawn care (mowing, weed eating, insect treatments, etc.) and may be scheduled at any time during your stay. We will not call and tell you they are coming. They will never need to enter the house.
