Our home sleeps up to 21 people. Our home offers:-Indoor heated pool (waiver required for pool use)-Theater -Pond -Beautiful views-Accessible creek-Lots of -Arcade games, slate pool table, air hockey-Library-High speed wifi-Office workspace available-Charcoal grill (charcoal not provided)-High chair and pack n' play-Linens and pool towels provided-Washing machine and dryer providedSLEPPING ARRAGMENTS:-Bedroom 1 (first floor): King bed with a master bathroom. -Bedroom 2 (upstairs) has a king bed with full bath.-Bedroom 3 and 4 (upstairs) have a queen and share a jack and jill full bathroom.-Bedroom 5 (basement) has a queen bed.-Bedroom 7 (basement) has 2 double beds and a twin trundle. There is a full bath right outside these bedrooms. The office on the main floor has a queen sofa bed.The living room also has a queen pullout sofa bed. KITCHEN:-Microwave-Two ovens-Gas stovetop-Warming oven-Keurig (starter Kcups provided and cream/sugar)-Full refrigerator/freezer -Dishwasher-Silverware-Pots & pans-Plates, bowls, cups (some kid friendly options)BATHROOMS:There are 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathsMain floor:master bathpowder roompool bathroom2nd floor:2 full bathsBasement:1 full bathTowels, cloths, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel available.ESSENTIALS INCLUDED:-Linens for each bed-Towels and washcloths-Toilet papers-Bath Essentials-Laundry detergent-Dishwashing detergent-Trash bags-Dish Soap-KcupsOUTDOOR AREAS:-Table in Gazebo seats 8-Charcoal grill (charcoal not provided)-Trails thru the woods-Creek access-Pond access -Corn HoleNo pets please. Our family has allergies to pets.Please treat our home as your own. We would love to continue to share it with many more family and friends!A security deposit is required and will be returned if our home is returned in good condition. PLEASE NOTE:1. While our property is secluded we still have neighbors. Please be courteous of them. We want to keep them happy. :) Our quiet hours are from 10 PM-7 AM.2. Our property does NOT allow smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.3. There are 8 OUTSIDE cameras to protect our home when we aren't around and for the safety of our guests. 4. No hunting, shooting, ATVs, or Dirt Bikes on the property.5. No fireworks6. While our pool does have a door with a lock, there is a cover that can be used for safety of little ones. This is available upon request.7. Our pool is a concrete/salt water pool and is more abrasive than a pool with a liner.8. Keep in mind because our home is somewhat secluded and parts of the property are wooded you may see/hear LOTS of wildlife!
