Entrance door is up a set of stone staircase.**Floor Plan**• First Floor: Living room, mudroom, access to garage• Mezzanine: Office, kitchen, second living room with Smart TV, dining room, access to backyard, laundry room with washer and dryer, half bath (sink + toilet)• Second Floor: Master bedroom with king bed and Smart TV, luxurious ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, bathtub and heated floors, walk-in closet. 3 additional bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom with bathtub.**Home Highlights**• Central A/C to beat the Seattle summer heat!• Spacious, proper four bedrooms. Master bedroom has ensuite bath and spacious walk-in closets• 2-car parking garage available for use with ample additional parking on the driveway as well as cul-de-sac• Kitchen is stocked with full range of kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee & tea• All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet• Big windows + skylight with lots of natural light• Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs**About the Reservation**• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.**Additional Info About the Home**• Please note that fireplace in the living room is not functional and is not advertise for use as part of the rental.**About Fees & Pricing**• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.**House Rules**• This is a pet friendly home, kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
