Only a couple of miles from the marina or some of my favorite waterfront dining spots, like Port City Club or Hello Sailor. Minutes from Birkdale Village and only 22 minutes from downtown Charlotte. Several top golf courses nearby like the Peninsula Club or Trump National. Only 45 mins from Yadkin valley wineries.
