The farm house was converted into the ultimate vacation rental in 2013.This home has two bedrooms and one bath and is located on the same property as VRBO 954212. If your group size requires it - combine this home with the large farm house VRBO#954212, the camping area, outdoor bathrooms and showers and you have a property that can accommodate your group of 25+. Imagine staying in one place, having kitchens to cook in, an outdoor fire pit to enjoy in the evening and a beautiful property with grass and shade to enjoy. Your group might not want to leave! You cannot get any closer to the 18 Road mountain bike trails, ATV area and shooting range while staying in a home than this! It will take you less than 8 minutes to get to the trailhead via car - and less than 5 minutes to get to downtown Fruita for the famous Hot Tomato Pizzeria, Aspen Street Coffee and Over the Edge Sports. If you are coming with children, there are endless things to keep them busy during the day. The farm is still operating and they can visit the animals, explore the many cultural buildings on the property or museum collections. Visit us in October when we have our pumpkin patch, themed corn maze and haunted straw maze up and running. It is quite the experience! When ever you come, this is where you want to stay!
