From horseback riding to swimming, golf, and river fishing, there are activities galore for the entire family during all seasons. THINGS TO KNOWGuests must obtain a fire pit permit prior to firepit usage due to county requirements.There is air conditioning in the second and third-floor bedrooms that can be used from Memorial Day to Columbus Day.This property is managed by Vacasa New Hampshire LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
