Soak up the sun while having morning coffee on the wrap around deck. With proximity to Story Land, North Conway shopping, restaurants, golf, fishing, mountain biking, Attitash, the Saco River, Mt. Washington, and hiking trails, adventure awaits right outside your door. Unwind after a day of exploration in two spacious living areas. The main floor has a sectional couch with flat screen TV. The lower level game room has a pool table, ping pong table, pro foosball table, and another family room area with couches and a flat screen TV. If the weather is hot, enjoy a swim in the pool. Enjoy the updated kitchen or the gas Weber grill before stargazing at the night sky. Your cozy haven awaits!*There are 2 outside security cameras for your safety and the safety of the property. One is located on the bottom floor facing the parking area and the other is integrated into a flood light near the front door. There are no interior cameras or cameras in any living spaces.
