Please inquire by email **The Private Guest Quarters at Linwood is located on a two-acre historic estate in downtown Summerville with a beautiful garden and walking paths around the property that are open for guests to explore. It is on the ground level of the elegant, plantation-style house. The "Guest Quarters" was the original kitchen of the 1883 home, which was built by Julia Drayton Hastie, heiress to the famous Magnolia-on-the Ashley Plantation, just 20 minutes away.
