LAKE FRONT-NEW Construction- Entire Home, 3/2- spring fed Lake in Umatilla- Cozy coastal house on Umatilla lake. This charming home is newly built and fully furnished with up to date amenities and utilities. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our comfortable home has room for the whole family! Both the Primary Bed rm and 2nd lakeside bedroom have doors that open up to patio and backyard. Large rolling yard to private beach for easy access to water and our private dock, two canoes and a kayak all available for use. Short bike ride to the quaint Town of Umatilla, 10 minute drive to Eustis, 15 minute drive to Downtown Mount Dora. All Have Amazing restaurants and great shopping. The Ocala National Forest is under 10 minutes away .We are also just an Hour drive to the Disney Parks and Universal studios.
