With glorious views of Ninigret Pond and the Rhode Island/Long Island Sound, it offers a picturesque setting. The property also includes a second guest house availble at additional fee., which has 1 bedroom, and a pullout sofa bed in the living room, a separate kitchen and laundry facilities, and a bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower attached to the guest house for returns from the beach. The guest house also doubles as a pool house with changing area and bathroom with shower at the main entrance. In total, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Off Season 10 Guests additional 3-4 with guest house at additional cost per nightAdditionally, the property's location is highly convenient. It's only a 5-minute drive from Westerly Airport and 15 minutes away from Interstate 95, making it easily accessible.
