There are 2 baths and 4 bedrooms on the 1st level which can comfortably sleep 9. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a full over full bunk and a twin size bed. Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds. The outside space includes an enclosed shower and professionally landscaped stone patio with an eating area. Adjoining the patio is a covered area complete with a fire pit conversation set perfect for enjoying those summer nights. Enjoy private access to Ninigret Pond just 3 houses away where you can launch your kayak, canoe, boat, or paddle board. Explore the sandbar visible from shore or one of the many scenic marshes or coves. Enjoy clamming, fishing, swimming, and a complimentary parking pass to Charlestown and Blue Shutter beaches. Charlestown is conveniently located to many restaurants, Ninigret National Wildlife Refuge, Narragansett, Newport, Watch Hill, Block Island, Mystic Seaport and Foxwood and Mohegan Sun casinos.Notes:Guests must provide their own linens and towels.7-night minimum stay.
