The Slow Down House is a charming waterfront cabin in the Pacific City village, and only about a half mile to the beach! There are lovely picturesque views from the upstairs great-room. This home features wifi, a private, canal front back yard and a ping-pong party room in the garage downstairs. There is no launch dock, but the canal (which leads to the Nestucca River) is steps down from the private backyard. It is about a half mile walk to the nearest beach access, and 1.5 miles to Cape Kiwanda and the Pelican Pub. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
