Thank you for your cooperation.Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.We're unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We'll accept your request to book, but, the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.Please be aware that this unit may include shared walls with neighboring units, which may result in some occasional noise transfer. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others using the shared spaces.We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation.
