Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.Heating and Cooling: The unit equipped with a minisplit unit in the living room which provides heating and cooling for the unit.Trash Cans: Located in the car port.
