We will provide cleaning wipes and for guest use. Ok on to the good stuff...Chic and comfortable bests describes this wonderful Manhattan Beach duplex, located in the sand section of Manhattan Beach. Once you are here there is no reason to get in your car, everything you need to enjoy your stay is a short walk away - restaurants, shops, surf rentals, health & beauty facilities and the beautiful beach just outside your door! Newly renovated and furnished with all the modern amenities, this unit accommodates sleeping for up to 3 people. (2 adults 1 child under 15) 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. Living room and dining area, outdoor patio & dining area, fully stocked kitchen (no food of course). Bedroom is adorned with beautiful bedding, TV's, AC, Ceiling fan, mirrored closet and storage for your stuff The outdoor patio has a table with plenty of seating, an easy to use BBQ with propane tank.No parking spot is provided for the unit, but there is free street parking within blocks and metered parking out front that is free 8 pm to 8 am.Washer and dryer (shared), High Speed 5G Wifi, Cable and Streaming Services included.Beach gear (beach towels, surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas etc.) and cleaning supplies are all provided.
