Water view, walking distance to beach BBQ BBH4830a Welcome to this great cabin located right in the heart of Birch Bay. Our staff loves this fun, well maintained three-bedroom 1.5 bath cabin. The location is amazing with only a few steps to the beach but on a quiet beachfront lane. Only a few of these in Birch Bay. When you enter the cabin you will find yourself on the lower level. This level hosts two bedrooms (new Queen beds in 2024)a nice bathroom with a private shower located in a room all to itself. Pretty great for those that are getting ready in the bathroom while someone else can be in the shower. For your convenience there is a new washer/dryer down in lower bathroom. Great to have for all those days spent at the beach. The flooring through out this cabin is beautiful hardwood floors that is the original flooring from when the cabin was built. Go up the stairs and you will find the third bedroom and another bathroom that is not a 1/2 bath as there is no sink, only a toilet. There you will also find a fully stocked kitchen with new tables and chairs, pots and pans, dishes, silverware and much more so you can prepare a light snack or a larger meal. Both a drip coffee maker and a pod coffee maker. The living area is located on this level with a new L shaped sectional added 2023 to replace the old one. There is also a TV, DVD player and a dining area for a sit down meal should you choose. This level provides a door that will lead you onto the spacious deck with a view of the water. The sunsets are amazing and it is a great spot to sit, relax and rejuvenate. Outdoor table and chairs provided with additional folding chairs provided for you to enjoy the amazing view. Downstairs by the front entry you will a propane BBQ for your use while you stay at this cozy cabin. The cabin comes with complimentary WIFI. Birch Bay offers clam digging, crabbing, beach walks, water slides, restaurants, shopping all within walking distance from the Cozy Cabin.Parking for 3 vehicles max if they are mid to small size. You can park one vehicle by the house and the other two in front of the house tandem but do not block the lane.Come enjoy the area while staying at this rare gem and Cozy Cabin.
