There is an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.We provide starter toiletries and kitchen essentials (paper towel, dish washer tabs, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc.)Note: The ADU is connected to the main house, with the kitchen being the only shared wall. Despite this connection, it boasts complete autonomy with its private entrance and a fenced backyard for your exclusive use. There is also a Ring surveillance camera installed on the upper right hand corner of the house for security purposes.
