Our studio apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. With its convenient location, you'll be just steps away from all the action, whether you're looking to explore the city's vibrant nightlife or simply want to stroll through the beautiful, historic streets of Saint Paul. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of our basement apartment in our owner-occupied triplex, which features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities, and a cozy seating area. The laundry room is shared with the two other units, and is located just outside of this studio apartment for easy access.The backyard is a shared space for tenants, equipped with a propane grill, patio dining set, and hammocks to enjoy the great Minnesota summer. We are working on turning the front and back yards into a sustainable habitat environment by planting native perennial plants--it's a work in progress!Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, our studio apartment is close to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes.
