This cottage is not handicap accessible.We are an Amazing Lake & Mountain View Community, we don't have lake access. Maximum Occupants 2 nonsmoking 28+ adults only. NO pets/animals or visiting pets/animals permitted on property. No exceptions. No Smoking, No trailers or anything in tow. Short Rental Agreement sent from owner. Photo ID required.We strongly advise purchasing Travel insurance that is offered during checkout. Contact VRBO with any questions regarding the policy. We Strictly Adhere to our cancellation policies. 100% refund if canceled 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled 14 days before arrival date.Late checkin/early checkout are nonrefundable. Any adjustments will fall under same refund policies. $25 charge for no-shows. TV's in living room and bedroom, Free Premium Channels, Free WiFi and Free parking. All linens and towels provided. Screened Front Porch with amazing lake and mountain views. Hike the many area trails, enjoy scenic drives, and relax near beautiful waterfalls. The nearby Ocoee and Nantahala Rivers offer kayaking and whitewater rafting adventures. Ride horses and mine for gems. Several area courses offer golfing and tennis.
