With 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, our house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and is perfect for families, friends, couples and solo travelers. Located in a great neighborhood within 15 minutes of downtown, you will have easy access to all that Detroit has to offer. The Art House Detroit has a private back yard, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Plus, we offer full amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Book your stay today and make your trip one to remember!MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 25 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 25 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are not available at this time.OCCUPANCY: This unit allows up to 6 overnight guests. GATHERINGS: We know people like to have a good time, but this property has a strict “No Party” policy. SAFETY & SECURITY: For safety and security reasons, there is a security system monitoring the exterior of the property. There are no cameras located inside of the Art House.QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am. We want you to have fun but please be considerate of our neighbors during these quiet hours. Guests named on the reservation are responsible for the conduct of all persons in the property.SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside of the property. You are welcome to smoke outside as long as you clean up after yourself. Should this be violated there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee.PETS: While we love our furry friends, pets are prohibited inside of the property. There will be a $250 cleaning fee assessed if its determined a pet has been anywhere inside the property. Please contact host for exceptions to this policy.DAMAGE & INCIDENTALS: The property has been designed to feel like a home away from home with many amenities. The booking guest is responsible for any incidentals, damage, or missing items during your stay.
