Location cannot get any better in the booming town of Harrisburg, 10 min from the Charlotte Motor Speedway, 20 minutes from Uptown. 25 minutes from Airport.The Space:Our two-story home features a lively living area with an entertaining living room and formal dining area connected to the fully equipped kitchen. The house also includes an office space with a desktop included for guests to use. Upstairs you will find an extra living space in the loft with comfy sofas, a large coffee table and a TV for movie nights. All 3 bedrooms are also located on the second floor. Master bedroom includes a king bed with an attached master bathroom. The additional bedrooms include queen beds in each and share a full bathroom in the hallway. Laundry room is on second floor as well. This is a new listing with few reviews, but I am a super host for 8 years with over 3,000 reviews, so don't hesitate to book :) Finally, pets are unfortunately not allowed, please don't book if you're bringing your pet along. ThanksThe Neighborhood:The neighborhood is very safe and quite. It is a community of new builders homes around. Chick fila and Dunkin Donut are located at the entry of the community. Please be thoughtful and courteous to the neighbors :)Other Things to Note:Please park your first 2 cars inside the garage. Additional 2 cars on the driveway. 1 car on the street. Max of 5 cars are allowed.
