Engle's Place-Historic HBG Home Welcome to Engle’s Place! Our beautiful 3-story city home was built in 1910 in the Queen Anne’s style. This unit is the main house that consists of the first and second floors. With stained glass windows and beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house, you’ll feel like you've stepped back in time to early 20th-century HBG. The house is within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, the river trail and more, making it a perfect vacation rental to enjoy the best of what HBG has to offer.The space:Engle’s Place is a two-story unit that is well suited to hosting a single guest or an entire group. On the first floor, there is a living room, dining room, and full gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has everything a guest would need for cooking and eating in (appliances, dishwasher, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, wine glasses, etc...) The fridge has a selection of condiments, and coffee and tea are provided. On the second floor is the first bedroom which has a King size bed. The second living room can function as both a workspace, a hang out space, and a sleeping space where you can put a Queen size blow-up mattress. The second bedroom has a King size bed as well as a full bath connected to the room. The other full bath is on the first floor. The living room and second bedroom both have smart TVs with which you can connect to any of your streaming devices. The house has a beautiful patio out front, as well as access to the back patio where there is a full sized BBQ grill available for cookouts. The back patio is a shared space with our other airbnb unit.Guest access:This unit has access to the back patio where there is a full sized BBQ grill available for cookouts. Both units have access to this space, so it is treated as first come, first serve.
