This 3,100 square foot, 9 room home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath homes, a formal dining room, breakfast nook and a large great room with vaulted ceilings and plenty of seating space to entertain, watch tv, or enjoy the views. The home has an open floor plan with lots of natural lighting and beautiful views. There are some beautiful hardwood floors, and the house has lots of character and charm. It is great to just relax or to have a large group get together. It has hosted many large family events and is an ideal space to create a memorable stay. It also has a partially covered deck and a covered breezeway leading to a detached garage. There are plenty of small touches like hand soaps, travel shampoo and conditioner, teas, coffee, books to read, plenty more. Close enough to Louisville to enjoy museums theme parks, and distillery tours, with plenty to do nearby at Huber's Winery or Orchard, shopping in Clarksville, and great restaurants in downtown New Albany, but it's so beautiful and secluded, you might just prefer to stay in and relax.
