Spend your visit out on the beach (and use the home's provided chairs), explore small but friendly Gleneden Beach, or head north a few miles to Lincoln City for a huge variety of shopping, dining, and activity options. With plenty of boating, fishing, hiking, beachcombing, and other outdoor adventures nearby, you'll never run out of things to do!This single-level house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus plenty of open space for everyone to roam. The living room is a particularly wonderful area, with cozy seating arranged in front of the enormous picture windows overlooking the sea. There's also a gas fireplace and a large flatscreen TV equipped with cable programming, music channels, and a Blu-ray/DVD/ player with a selection of classic VHS movies. Since the home also has WiFi access and additional amenities such as a laundry room, everyone will be comfortable here!A full kitchen is ready and waiting to help you cook up tasty meals while on vacation. Down the hall is a full bathroom with a ledgeless shower stall.Outside is a beautiful space with a covered patio perfect for watching the sea. Enjoy a front-row seat for an unforgettable sunset, watch the tides roll in and out, and even keep an eye out for a passing whale or two!This home is perfect for a family with children, a group of friends, or two small families. The beach is certainly the star attraction, though with other towns such as Lincoln City, Depoe Bay, and Newport easily reachable via a scenic drive, you can take your pick of fun activities. Plus, even the family dog can come along!Reserve a stay at this oceanfront house and get ready for a wonderful beach trip!If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
