The first floor offers two inviting bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a standalone shower.Climb up the stairs to reach the second floor, where the main living space of the home is! The open floor plan offers a great spot to hang out with your loved ones no matter what you all are doing! The fully-equipped kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and a four-person island; this is the perfect place to show off your cooking skills or try that recipe you know everyone loves! The dining table near the window offers the opportunity to enjoy your meals with terrific views of the ocean! With your morning coffee or a nightcap, step out onto the balcony to take in the beautiful views of the ocean and breathe in the fresh salty air. Be sure to snag the primary bedroom first, as you'll have perks like a gas fireplace and jetted tub. This well-appointed level also boasts a laundry room and a half bath. And last, but not least, the third and upper level of the home hosts one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a nice loft area where you all can sit and admire the views.Things to KnowDog-friendly. Two dogs max with a 35lb limit.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
