The homeowner rents out the 1800sq ft on first floor of the house. All pictures you see are private with the front door being your own entrance. There’s an internal door also that has a lock, so your area is completely secure and separate from the homeowners apartment on the lower level. The home has great accessibility features as there are only three steps on the exterior. One step up from the pathway on to the front porch, one step into the home and one step down on the back patio. Other than that the entire internal rented space is all on one level. The homeowner lives on site with dogs who have access to the fenced area, they’re always supervised and seldom bark. Consider the homeowner your friendly neighbor. Once greeted on arrival you’re left alone to enjoy your stay. The farm is in a great location as Walton is 25 minutes from the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.
