Just 20min outside Eugene.The House: 2 - level home Main House/ Main Floor - Living room - Dining area - Kitchen - Doors that lead to deck that overlooks Fern Ridge - Master bedroom/bath - Family/game room with futon - Half bath - Laundry room 2nd floor lofts - 2 lofts - 1 side has a queen bed with full bath - 1 side has a full bed Apartment- Upstairs above garage- Studio apartment- Full bathroom- Full KitchenOutside - Large waterside deck - Large front yard that leads to the water - Private dock - Detached Garage - 1 space available for tenant 5 Cars allowed to park on property- Please message us if you have more then 5 vehicles. Both the dining room and living room have spectacular views of the yard and reservoir (usually full from spring through fall) with vaulted ceilings.
