"The Cabin" A handcrafted Log Cabin with 1800's décor, trails and privacy! Settled on 16 acres in the Paris Ohio wilderness, this fully furnished hand crafted "by the owner" log cabin appears to have sprung up out of the earth on it's own accord! The building itself is comprised of wood, sandstone and metal, incorporating reclaimed material and handmade log and wicker furniture. The place itself feels like a pioneer home with a wood burning cookstove and large stone fireplace that has a crane for cast iron cooking including all the cookware. There's also 1800's clothing for dressing up and photoshoots. Wildlife and trails abound with lots of wildflowers, berries and wild eatable plants if you're a forager! Each of the 3 full baths includes a large 2 person whirlpool tub with jets so enjoy this 1800's experience with all the modern conveniences. Enjoy the dress up clothes hanging on the hooks inside the front door and in the closets upstairs! Take photos and feel like you're a part of the past! All you need to bring is food! No pets allowed.
