Secluded Coastal Lake Retreat w/Hot Tub New floors, furniture and decor as of Oct 25 (see note below). Beautiful Secluded and Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath home on northwest end of Siltcoos Lake. Next to Oregon Dunes Recreation Area this home is the perfect location for family and group gatherings. Close to everything! Elegantly furnished and fully equipped for large groups. Kitchen w/ dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker and loads of appliances. This is a 2- story home with gorgeous lake views and decks on both levels.RECENT UPDATES (as of Oct 2021): We have just finished updating large sections of the house, and replaced much of the older furniture and decor (see photos for more). New plank floors have also been installed throughout the house, along with new carpet in the bedrooms. There are now two Smart TVs in both the upstairs and downstairs living room spaces. We will only continue to make improvements!Outdoor BBQ and eating area on upper deck. All linens, some spices and kitchen condiments supplied. Three TVs with cable, DVD, stereo w/ CD player and great separation of space (two separate living rooms!). Hot Tub outside with lake view. 12' X 18' Dock for boating, sunning, reading, painting and fishing. Ping Pong table in large double garage. Sand dune buggy park and Honeyman State Park very close. Just bring your clothes and what you want to eat!!UPPER LEVEL: Three bedrooms ( all queen beds) and 2 baths. Living room, kitchen, dining room, and kitchen eating area. Upper deck w/ BBQ and outside seating.LOWER LEVEL: One large bedroom (with 1 bunkbed and 1 double bed), bathroom, large laundry room and big family room . Access to lower level deck, hot tub and yard.We have a lot to offer! Quiet. Peaceful. Perfect for Groups of friends/book clubs, artists or just your family. Tons of choices of things to do...or a lovely quiet place to do nothing but listen to nature.
