Cozy Creekside Cabin on 1.5 acres minute to Breckenridge The cabin is located in Blue River on a rare 1.5 acre lot and is just minutes from the heart of Breckenridge with a free bus stop right across the street. This is an authentic cabin that was one of the first built in the area and has been lovingly restored with attention to detail and cozy ambiance.The welcoming interior has a combined Living area/ kitchen with vaulted ceilings, aspen walls and a glass window wood stove to keep you warm. There is modern electric forced air heat and baseboard heat also should you prefer. A snug “cabin style” bedroom with a comfortable queen bed is on the main floor and upstairs is a cozy sleeping loft with 2 twin beds. The bathroom is large and features a claw foot tub and shower as well as a full size washer and dryer. Just under 700 square feet and yet it has everything you need! PLEASE NOTE: 4 wheel drive is required October- May to access the cabin. 1 dog allowed with nightly $20 pet fee.
