Evan's Mountain Lodge Secluded and perfectly perched just south of the heart of Breckenridge, Evans Blue River will be just the retreat to get your fill of mountain adventures and quality time with loved ones. As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by the classic cabin exterior and wonderful wooded backdrop. Step inside and you will find soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views, and an open layout that will allow everyone to spread out with ease. You'll find that there is plenty of room for your family to dine at home with two dining spaces and everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen! The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a king bed and en suite bathroom. The indoor hot tub is also located on the main floor. The three additional bedrooms are located upstairs. One bedroom has a king bed, another has a queen bed and the third has two twin beds and a sleeper sofa! Spend crisp mornings on the spacious deck with a fresh cup of coffee or whip up a tasty breakfast in the full kitchen as the rest of the gang reminisces at the dining table. After full days of hiking and skiing nearby, everyone will love gathering in the living area to stream favorite movies. **FIREPLACE TEMPORARILY OUT OF ORDER**** The owner of this home occasionally brings their pet when they visit.
