In the Colorado High Rockies, we can expect consistent snowfall October through May. At this elevation, you may even see snow in June & July on occasion! The main access road, Quartzville Rd, is maintained by the county and is regularly plowed after each snowfall and the driveway will be plowed if it snows over 4 inches, but having an AWD/4x4 vehicle is required in winter and recommended year-round for this home.
