The Cabin is nestled in Placer Valley less than 20 miles from Breckenridge. Meander up the long driveway to a quiet and secluded cabin, surrounded by aspen and pine trees. Step through the door of the cabin, where you are greeted by a bright and cheerful hallway. To the right is a spacious Master Suite with custom log furniture, a television and a king size bed fitted with cozy cotton bed linens. French doors offer walkout access to the fenced yard, and the En Suite Bathroom offers a large vanity, standard toilet, and spacious step-in shower with custom tile.Back down the hallway, the open concept Kitchen and Living Space makes spending time with your loved ones a breeze! There is plenty of counter space, top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances and numerous kitchen gadgets and accouterments that make whipping up your families favorite meal easy. The Kitchen's bar offers comfortable, high top seating for three. The Living Space features a comfortable couch a leather massage chair and two leather lounge chairs centered around a large smart television and a wood-burning fireplace -perfect for those chilly, Colorado evenings. The Central Bathroom features a standard vanity and toilet, and a bathtub/shower combo where you can choose to start your day off with a quick rinse or sink in for a long hot soak after a long day on the slopes. The Laundry Closet offers a washing/dryer combo machine - so no need to waste precious vacation time making trips to the laundromat in town. The Secondary Bedroom features custom log furniture, a spacious closet and a queen size bed fitted with cozy cotton bed linens. From the Living Room, step through the french doors and out onto the large wrap-around deck where you will find comfortable seating around the propane fire pit and outdoor dining table, and a full-size propane barbecue grill. The large fenced area around the cabin is perfect for your furry family to meander, and the private and secluded Hot Tub makes for the perfect place to soak and unwind after a long day hiking or riding. Park County is an activity center of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, it's a great "base camp!" If you can think of an outdoor activity, you will probably find it within 10-20 minutes of the cabin. Activities include skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain climbing, snow-shoeing, horseback riding (winter too!), ice climbing, fishing, hunting, rafting, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, mine exploration, canoeing, kayaking, and much much more.DISCLOSURES* This home is located in the Central Rockies at approx 10,674 ft elevation. Please be advised that elevation and weather should be considered when deciding if this location is appropriate.* Guests are required to have a four-wheel drive vehicle with adequate snow tires or chains during the winter months from November through May. The area is subject to frequent unpredictable and adverse weather conditions which can make travel difficult.* Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement after booking.* Outdoor security camera(s) are in use at this property, and may be used to verify guest occupancy. Security camera(s) are solely for visual (no audio) monitoring outside the property and are not present inside the property.* This home is pet friendly. We charge a $50 fee for each pet, and all pets must be approved.
