No access to garage and the ADU cabin may be occupied by property manager.Two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room with full kitchen and dining area, on 13 acres adjoining BLM access to Summer Lake with mountain biking and hiking opportunities out the front door! Summer Lake is a seasonal lake that is a dry Playa in the summer.We are on well water and this area has a natural sulfur smell to the water (same as the hot springs down the street).
