Main floor also offers cozy living room with TV, sunny kitchen with plenty of counter space and full bath. Upper level sleeps up to 10 in 4 separate bedrooms with additional 1/2 bath and is laid out as follows:Room 1 - 2 full bedsRoom 2 - 1 queen bedRoom 3 - 1 set of twin bunksRoom 4 - 1 full bed and 1 twinThere is a futon located on the main floor as well for additional guests.Check-In Time: 4pmCheck Out Time: 10am PARKINGThere is space for four (4) vehicles.THE LOCATIONThis cottage is located just five minutes from Holland State Park, 3 minutes from Tunnel Park and 15 minutes from award winning downtown Holland. Miles of bike paths along Lakeshore Drive paths connect to both parks as well.CANCELLATION POLICY Our cancellation policy is as follows: -100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. -50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. -No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before the reservation date.There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor.
