The spacious shaded backyard hosts beautiful hardwood trees and a wide back deck with two picnic tables which are perfect for family dinners, a hand of cards, or respite from the sun.Inside the main floor, open layout includes a fully stocked kitchen, large dining area, and living room area. A private office area and bathroom are also found on this floor. The upper level consists of a large master bedroom and bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and a bathroom. The lower level provides an additional bathroom and bedroom as well as a rec room. Extras such as an outside shower, a gas grill, washer/dryer, a master bath jacuzzi hot tub, wifi, and an elevator that runs through the entire house, offer guests the complete comforts of home.Beach chairs, sand toys, kayaks, and a paddle board are available for renter use.This is a great property for a small group of family and/or friends(maximum of 8) to connect and make memories together.
