It is a private basement suite with a separate coded entry that incudes the following living spaces and amenities. -Family room with a large screen HDTV , X-Box and sofa-Queen bed in the same room as family room space-Full bathroom with shower, tub and double vanity-Separate bunk room with three twin beds (one is a trundle) in separate private room with door-Laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.-Coffee and tea station, stocked mini-fridge and microwave-On demand water heater (no cold showers) This large space sleeps 5 max with two people sharing a queen bed, two twin beds in a separated bunk room and a pull out twin trundle bed.Note** A stocked mini fridge, coffee maker, Keurig and microwave is in the unit there is no kitchen and access to unit is down a short flight of stairs.
