First floor has open floor plan with large eat-in kitchen, huge deck, screened porch off kitchen, large den, half bath and large master bedroom and bath. Lower walk-out basement has additional bedroom and full bath with another large entertainment area with pool table. Backyard is private with pool, patio, and fire pit. Extra fridge in garage.
