Located just 5 minutes from the Surprise Tennis Complex and the Surprise Stadium, spring training home for the Texas Rangers and the Kansas City Royals, and just 20 minutes from additional baseball sites in Peoria (Mariners and Padres) and Glendale (Dodgers and Indians). There are the NHL's Coyotes, the University of Phoenix Stadium, home of the NFL's Arizona Cardinals and the Fiesta Bowl are all just fifteen minutes away. The PGA and LPGA hosts events in the valley as well as NASCAR. Our home has easy access to Glendale, Peoria, Phoenix and Scottsdale. There are lots of golf courses and hiking trails nearby.
