It's a particularly convenient spot for dog owners and families, with a dog park and a playground across the street. You'll be within a mile or two of the Pacific Crest Trail, the Bridge of the Gods, several fantastic breweries, excellent restaurants (many of which are dog-friendly), and legendary soft serve. The town of Stevenson (six miles), the Bonneville Dam (seven miles), Multnomah Falls (15 miles) and other waterfalls, and Hood River (18 miles) are all within an easy, scenic drive. Built in 2016, this home boasts new furnishings and a casual, comfortable layout that make you feel at ease as soon as you step through the door. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas grill outside on the small deck, and a dining area for family dinners and board games afterward. In the evenings, take advantage of the high-speed fiber internet to stream movies on the living room's smart TV. Its reliability encourages guests to stream, play online games, or even catch up on remote work without fear of interruption. When the sun sets, tell stories around the gas firepit, or head upstairs to play foosball and listen to your favorite records in the den.A private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and high-speed WiFi are provided for your convenience as well.THINGS TO KNOWStreaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.No smoking is allowed.Dogs must be monitored and never be left unattended to avoid damage to the property.Should there be WiFi issues, please contact management immediately.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Security camera details: There is a camera outside facing away from the home (toward the street in front of the house and toward the mountains in back of the house) for security reasons only.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
