Near USAFA Views Trail Access Relax and recharge at this spacious newer home located in beautiful Monument, Colorado. With four bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms, there is plenty of space to gather with your family and friends. The gorgeous backyard has a wood fire pit with views of Pikes Peak and Mt. Herman. There is even a gate that leads to a walking/biking trail. The house is conveniently located minutes from so much to see and do. Just 15 minutes to the Air Force Academy! Sleeps 13 in beds (14 with the available pack 'n play). We are family-friendly with one pack 'n play, a highchair, and a baby gate. The home is also air-conditioned for those hot summer days!The fully equipped modern kitchen is sure to delight any cook, with stainless steel appliances, slab granite countertops, and double ovens. The open concept great room is wonderful for family gatherings. There is also an office on the main level if you need to work quietly with privacy. Take in the mountain views from the back deck or fire pit, watch your favorite movie on the flat screen tv, or enjoy a romantic evening in front of the gas fireplace. The private deck is great for BBQ-ing with your very own Traeger Pellet Smoker or Green Egg Charcoal Grill and watching breathtaking sunsets. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. First is the spacious master bedroom with a queen memory foam bed. The 5-piece ensuite master bathroom has a double vanity, sunken tub, separate shower, and enormous walk-in closet. There are two more upstairs bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with two twin bunks. There is also a full bathroom with double sinks and a laundry room. The upstairs loft area has a sectional sofa, with full size pull-out, smart TV, and ping pong table. The large basement features an expansive wet bar, complete with a wine fridge, 2 TV's, foosball table, darts and a sectional sofa bed with a queen memory foam mattress! You will also find the fourth bedroom down here with a queen bed and another full bathroom! The fun doesn't stop there! You will find an in-ground basketball hoop in the front yard. The wood fire pit, an area for corn hole and horse shoes, and access to the walking/biking trail are in the backyard.Guests will have access to the entire home including the 3-car garage. There are three locked closets, a kegerator, and a shed that are NOT for guest use.We are available for any needs that arise during your stay by phone, message, or if needed, in person.The house sits in a peaceful neighborhood at the base of the Front Range in Monument, Colorado. It's close to shopping, hiking, and everything that Monument and Colorado Springs have to offer. You will be minutes from some incredible hiking including, Spruce Mountain Open Space, Mount Herman, Palmer Reservoir, and Palmer Lake. The small downtown of Monument is a few miles away with unique shops, restaurants, and a fun downtown park.The house is located near Monument Hill Rd and County Line Rd. to the east of HWY 25. The best way to get around is by car, Uber, Lyft, or bike.
