Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath lake house is a perfect family or friend getaway. The house is located on Cowpen Lake in Hawthorne, FL located 30 minutes from University of Florida. House is on 2 very private acres with plenty of parking. Cowpen Lake is a spring fed, clear lake great for boating and fishing. Bass, bream, gar, crappie and catfish can all be caught from the dock. Our property also has a 4 acre small fishing pond that is perfect for kids. Boats can be launched from shore with ease. Pet friendly. The property is completely fenced in. There is a 2018 Harris Pontoon Boat available to be rented during your stay.
