Surrounded by trees, next to the Lake, with few neighbors, Free parking, with a camping 🏕️ area with extra charge, you will have the freedom to use the hammock, the campfire, the outside dinner table, see a beautiful sunrise or sunset next to the lake. 25 Min from Palatka to the East and 25 Min from Gainesville to the West and close to some springs & stores like: Dollars, McDonald's, Gas station, liquor store, etc...*The water in the house is from a well, please !!DO NOT DRINK!! Although I give you some, I recommend that you bring them. Please turn off the lights and the AC when you leave the room, !!Do not smoke!! or leave organic waste in the room to avoid unexpected visitors, The wifi is weak!! Not a lot of Internet Service providers in the area, therefore service is limited🥴, can use only for the TV.!!Perfection is: Enjoying nature, the countryside and all the beauty that surrounds you!! Welcome 🤗⚠️ Due to past situations and to avoid extra charges, we have created some tipsWe hope there is never such a need, however, in an emergency we reserve the right to enter the unit with reasonable notice through 2 means - Vrbo messages and in person by knocking. This would only occur for evidence of possible damage to persons property. ✓Parking for 1Car✓Pets are welcome. Please clean up after pets. We have cats - please monitor pets for friendly encounters. Damages caused by pets will be assessed as per the damages. Please tell us immediately if that need attention. If your pet desires to sleep on the bed or couch, please bring and use coverings for safety of the furniture and linens.✓There is a pet fee. If an unauthorized pet stay, you will be charged the pet fee of $50 after check out. ✓Please do not leave any garbage on patio areas, this attracts wildlife. Containers are located at the end of the driveway. Please remove full garbage bags from the unit. Let us know if you need assistance.✓Smokers adhere to accommodation areas, please. Refrain from any forms of inhalation inside of house. Cleaning fee $100 will be charged if inhalation use is detected inside the unit. Note - a lighter and candles are provided inside the unit for emergencies - not for recreational inhalation use. ✓Cleaning service is provided at the end of short stays. Longer reservations should expect cleaning service every 2 weeks, on Saturday morning, extra charge. We are firm with this request to maintain our cleaning service to assure the unit is in optimum condition for our guests.✓Additional guest after 2 will be charge, If extra guest appear that were not previously mentioned an additional charge will be applied, $75.!!All violations of the house rules will be directed through the resolution center!!Thanks🙏 for choosing Us 🤗
