Walk to restaurants and shops come home to have dinner outside in the beautiful backyard under the magnificent tree, starry nights and warm Florida sea breezes. Outdoor grill, two bikes, two kayaks, paddle-boards and surfboards to have a blast on the water!Everything is upgraded and remodeled. All appliances are brand new. High speed wireless internet. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel pots and pans and beautiful artistic plates and silverware, chef's knives, instant pot, coffee maker and microwave. Dining table seats 6. Comfortable cozy bedding to have the best night sleep every night you are here!Easy walk to the pier where you can catch the Pirate boat tours, fishing tours, restaurants, bars and more beach.Or stay "local" and walk 2 blocks to the North Beach neighborhood beach where the locals say hi, smile and stop for a quick chat with you.You'll feel like a true Floridian here! Oh and did I mention the fine, silky soft white sand and aqua-marine crystal clear ocean water?Highlights of our home:-Two short walking blocks to North Beach, Clearwater (quiet, barely any people there, and gorgeous swimmable water)-Dog friendly beach!-Located in a beautiful upscale neighborhood of North Beach-Excellent and safe neighborhood to bike, walk and run-Restaurants, stores, cafe's are all within a short walk from the house-Fully stocked kitchen with brand new smart appliances-Vitamix Blender, drip and Keurig coffee machines, stainless steel pots and pans, Japanese steak knives, ice and filtered water via refrigerator, double oven with air fryer, outdoor grill-Outdoor shower with hot and cold water-Rain shower indoors-Bidet on both toilets-Organic bamboo sheets that feel like silk-Non toxic cleaning supplies, no artificial scents, no plug-ins-Huge fully fenced in backyard (it will be fully fenced in July 10, 2023)-Hammock swing-Bikes, kayaks, SUP available at no charge-Beach chairs, umbrellas and kids beach toys all provided-Outdoor table with high stools-Gorgeous Fica tree to set the mood to romantic, peaceful and serene**Additional house rules: 1. The person booking this home has to be present or you need to get it approved first that you are booking for another person2. The price reflects the number of guests in the reservation. Any additional guests without approval will be charged $150 per person
