New kitchen includes all new appliances, more cabinets with granite counter tops. A second sink with under-counter refrigerator in the new bar area. New 36" gas range, 6 burners and large oven. The new microwave doubles as a second smaller convection oven. New hardwood flooring in upper level with an updated stone fireplace. All new windows and doors throughout the home and all windows open. Both decks updated with a soft vinyl decking to enhance the outdoor space. New covered bbq space on upper deck to allow all year grilling. The Details:This spacious 4,000 sq. ft. home is comfortable and cozy for all size families. A short 7 minute walk to the village mall or the SHARC pool facility, it's just a prime location in Sunriver. Large kitchen/great room for adult entertaining with a large outdoor living deck just off the kitchen. A separate large game room for the kids and young adults on lower level. Private and personal space available in all the 5 bedrooms. A beverage bar area is located just outside of the indoor hot tub and sauna room. A great value for all these amenities.This home has a great floor plan that allows you to make yourself at home in the best conditions. You can access the outside living areas that have both shade and sun depending on time of day. The main kitchen, dining and living room is located upstairs and has a 55" Smart tv, wood fireplace and a 4' x 10' island just to gather around. The large outside dining deck has a granite dining table which seats 8 comfortably, lounge area and a bar area that can seat 8. The new covered bbq area allows for grilling in all weather, just off the kitchen. The game room located on the lower level has a gas fireplace, 65' Smart tv, cd stereo, pool table, ping pong table, foosball, shuffle board and a piano. Just outside the game room is the beverage bar area. This large granite bar counter is a nice kitchen overflow area. This area includes a sink, microwave and full size refrigerator with ice maker. The tiled/plaster indoor hot tub is a spacious 8' octagon for 10 adults. A sliding door from the hot tub room opens to a paved patio to view the golfers from the ground level. The cedar sauna plus an additional shower are located in the hot tub room. There are 5 bedrooms. Two master bedrooms with king size bed, and full baths. One master bedroom on each level. The upper level has one other bedroom next to the full bath and includes a queen and a full size bed. On the lower level along with a master is a queen size bed with sink. The 3rd bedroom on the lower level is a queen size bed with a triple bunk. Two bedrooms are located upstairs and 3 bedrooms on the lower level. All four baths are tiled with granite counters.Our bikes consist of 4 adult and 2 youth sizes. I no longer guarantee bikes due to constant abuse.There is NO CATV at the home. You will need to stream from the Smart TV Apps or bring your own streaming device. 10 Pool / Tennis (SHARC) passes included.The owner manages this property and will make sure your vacation is what you want!
