This 4-bedroom 3 bath home sleeps 10 (12 if you count queen pull out in tv room) and showcases an amazing collection of Pendleton Roundup collectables. A beautiful private grass yard is rare on the Ranch. The lawn area is the backdrop for the relaxing hot tub just off the primary bedroom. Conveniently located within walking distance to the Paulina Pool & Tennis Center. The paved Heritage Trail will also take you quickly to Beaver Pond and Fawn Lake. So many happy trails! This home is dog friendly! Big Meadow golf course is just across the open space from this lovely home. On the main floor, the living and entertainment area has an indoor/outdoor feel. The expansive living room, with rock fireplace, connects with the dining area, with an adjoining TV room. The dining table seats 10, the kitchen bar seats 2, and there's seating for 2 more in the kitchen nook. It all transitions effortlessly to the outdoor deck, sporting lounge chairs, a conversation area, and an umbrellaed patio table. All areas flow naturally down to the huge grass yard. The primary bedroom/bath is also on the main floor and adjoins the hot tub via patio doors. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1-queen, 2-twins, and a bunkroom with 4-twins). The 2-twins are completely decked out in rodeo attire and the large queen room is filled with antiques and quilts. You will also find a private balcony, with 2 lounge chairs, overlooking the backyard to enjoy the morning sunshine in complete privacy. A large full bathroom with double sinks is positioned centrally between the 3 bedrooms.Don't leave your dog behind, there are miles of trails at Black Butte Ranch that your pooch will love.
