The location of this home is incredibly convenient - it's one of the closest homes to the Big Glaze Meadow pool, rec center, golf course.Climb a flight of stairs to reach the main living area of the home, which features a sunny living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen. The space has unique arquitectural elements that make this home stand out from the rest - vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, carpeted and tiled floors throughout, and beautiful stairs. The living room makes for a great conversation area with comfortable seating. From here, you can access a spacious balcony overlooking the trees. The luxury kitchen is all about stainless steel appliances, including a double-door fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, and a sparkling center island. The dining area offers direct access to a well-appointed deck, furnished with a dining table, a firepit, and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues.The main level also features a bedroom and a spa-like bathroom with a tub/shower and a washer/dryer in the closet. The second floor features a second bedroom with an en suite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a stand-alone shower. And last, but not least, the third floor is home to a loft/sleeping nook with a bunk bed, a large sectional, a smaller sofa, and a TV.Things to KnowDeschutes County Tax Certificate #77If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
